For the sixth time since 2015, Cristiano Ronaldo has reclaimed the top position on Forbes’ richest footballers list for the 2025–26 season. With total earnings of $280 million, combining both salary and endorsements, Ronaldo more than doubles the income of his closest rival, Lionel Messi, who earned an estimated $130 million.
