The detained individual, identified as Niamatullah from Kandahar province, was allegedly recruited through systematic radicalization efforts targeting vulnerable youth. His capture sheds light on sophisticated indoctrination methods employed by extremist groups.

Niamatullah was pursuing religious education at a Kandahar seminary, aspiring to memorize the Holy Quran. However, instructors reportedly convinced students that armed conflict against Pakistan was religiously justified, manipulating religious sentiments for violent purposes.
Following indoctrination, approximately 40 recruits assembled in Khost province before illegally crossing into Pakistani territory through the Zhawar border region. Security sources disclosed that training protocols covered multiple attack scenarios, including vehicle-borne explosive deployments and assaults on military checkpoints. The standard three-month program was condensed into accelerated weekly sessions for the 20-member group, comprising individuals aged 18 to 22 years.
